Our Refund Policy

Our policy:

Several types of services are exempt from being refunded. Perishable items such as fertilization products, weed control products or topical lawn applications cannot be refunded. If you were to pre-pay for the season-long treatment plan and cancel service we will refund the balance for the treatments that were not applied. To complete your refund, we require an email from you explaining what the problem is and why you feel you need a refund.

Note: Please do not send your request for a refund to the credit card issuer.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued by check, within a certain amount of days.
