Our longevity is the result of both our valued and strong company philosophies and the trust and loyalty our customers have in our management and maintenance expertise.
Message From The Owner
Proudly, I have been in the lawn care business for 40 years. Working part-time for my family's lawn care company as a teenager was the "root" to my skill set development, and ultimately provided a broader understanding of the lawn care industry. I learned the basic principles of lawn care and the “old school” ways of developing a customer base; most importantly building a trust between company and client. "Branching" out on my own at age 22, while running my business I attended courses at Penn State and the local community college to further expand upon my profession and enterprise comprehension.
My education was crucial to obtaining and applying knowledge pertaining to pest, fungi and disease identification, along with all of the other significant facets to lawn and landscape maintenance and management. Being in the field for four decades has allowed me to experience first hand the issues and seasonal conditions that occur to the homeowner's property turf and landscape, while enhancing my understanding of updated products and technologies. Ultimately, the successful growth of Blue Grass Lawn Service and Landscaping, Inc. "stems" from implementing strong company philosophies and protocols that results in customer confidence and loyalty.
